MPP Takes Organ Donation to the Streets! ( Queens Park ) Oak Ridges MPP Frank Klees is taking his Organ Donation Bill to the streets to generate awareness of what he calls "a crisis in organ donation". The 12 year veteran of the legislature received unanimous all-party support for his Private Members Bill during Second Reading and he wants to see it pass Third and final Reading before the House rises for its summer recess. So he's pulling all the stops, and is seizing every opportunity to raise awareness of his Bill and the issue of organ donation. Klees will be attending the popular Aurora Street Sale on Sunday June 4 where 40,000 people are expected to visit. Klees and his supporters will be distributing information about organ donation and his Bill. Organ Donor cards will be available, and there will be an opportunity to sign a Petition in support of the Bill.
