Minister of Education on Bus Transportation

"Convenient lapse of memory or intentionally misleading?"

(Queen's Park) Education Critic and Oak Ridges MPP, Frank Klees today

called on the Minister of Education to address the funding concerns which have been repeatedly brought to the Minister's attention by the Ontario School Bus Association.

OSBA members were appalled at Kennedy's response during Tuesday's Question Period on the issue of school bus transportation funding. Kennedy justified is inaction by advising the legislature that the OSBA had failed to get back to the minister with relevant information.

Klees attempted to set the record straight during today's questioning of the minister and called on him to meet with the OSBA to resolve their issues.
