Klees Joins Autism Awareness Rally Richmond Hill : Frank Klees, MPP for Oak Ridges, was joined today by York North MPP, Julia Munro, and parent activist, Cindy DeCarlo to call on Premier McGuinty to do what he said he would do and provide treatment to children with autism beyond the age of six. With the help of the friends and families of children with Autism they have come together to send a message to the Ontario Government. Mr. Klees expressed his support by stating, "I have had -- as I'm sure every member of this House has -- visits over the last number of months and years from parents of autistic children who are simply asking for one thing, and that is that their children be given an opportunity to grow and develop." Klees has challenged the government on several occasions to make autism funding a priority.
